What type of ink is used on your products?
Brother GT-3, water based pigment ink, safe for youth/children clothes.
Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?
We provide it to you via email.
Do your products are “limited edition” or they will be always available?
Not really, but they all are subject to change or disappear in any moment.
Are they special washing instructions for your products?
We recommend you wash them inside out, cold water, without bleach. Hang dry. Also, never in your life mix white color clothes with darker ones. And, please, never iron over the designs.
What’s your refund policy?
You have 7 days to return an order after receiving it.
If you change your mind, or the product you received is not what you expected, please contact us before returning the item.
Unless we made some arrangements, you cover the cost of the return.
Please, note that some exceptions may apply for the return of certain custom-made products.
Buyer’s remorse returns are not allowed, so they’re not refundable.
Size exchanges are subject to circumstantial conditions.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All payments are processed through PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to buy from you?
No, you don’t require it. You only need a credit or debit card.
Do you have worldwide shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide to almost 200 countries.
How much I would have to wait to receive my order?
It varies depending on the shipping methods. Usually, it takes 3-8 days for products ordered within USA (48 contiguous states), 3-10 days for products ordered from Canada, and for the rest of the world it takes 5-20 days. For more info, please, contact us.
Why the Staff Picks collection has a different shipping time?
